Terms of Business

Payments ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. Confirmation of your registration will be supplied initially on screen with a unique reference number. You will then receive further confirmation by email or fax and an invoice will be sent to you by post.

Substitutions/Cancellations Should you be unable to attend and cancel in writing no later than 28 days prior to each course, conference or symposium, Scientific Update will refund your registration less £200 processing fee. Unfortunately refunds are not possible after this date. Substitutions can be made at any time.

For late applications please register on line at www.scientificupdate.co.uk or fax the completed registration form, including credit card payment information.

Venue/Accommodation You will be sent a hotel booking form with the event confirmation and you will be responsible for making your own arrangements.

Change of Details If you believe the contact information we hold on you is incorrect, needs updating or if you do not wish to receive any further information from us, please contact us on +44 (0) 1435 873062. As all literature is mailed at least three months in advance, you may experience a delay in the changing of your details.

 

Payment Details

Credit Card American Express, Mastercard or Visa. A receipted invoice will be sent with confirmation of your registration and delegate information pack.

Cheque please tick the appropriate box. An invoice will be sent for payment, in pounds sterling, drawn on a UK bank.
Cheques should be made payable to Scientific Update LLP.

Bank Transfer If you wish to pay by bank transfer please tick the appropriate box. Bank payment instructions will be provided with an invoice for payment, which should be in pounds sterling Any additional bank charges incurred must be paid by the participant's company. Bank details will be supplied with the invoice.

Payment in US Dollars On selected events only, you can choose to select payment in US Dollars. For payment in US Dollars the prevailing exchange rate will apply at the point of invoice.
